Rosh Hashanah, often referred to as the Jewish New Year, is a significant religious holiday in Judaism. It marks the beginning of the High Holy Days, a ten-day period of reflection and repentance that culminates in Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. This year, Rosh Hashanah begins at sunset on October 2nd and ends at nightfall on October 4th.
