How do you foster multiple visions of innovation simultaneously across an organization? Can you cultivate collaboration when groups within the organization are competing for limited resources and prestige? This session will share lessons learned (planning, implementation, student outcomes) with innovation efforts from the three WJCC HSIP grants. Participants will exchange ideas and gain "next step" take aways to innovate their own high schools.
