Michael Fullan's The Six Secrets of Change: What The Best Leaders Do To Help Their Organizations Survive and Thrive challenges us to consider six theories associated with critical actions, behaviors and attitudes that will inspire and sustain school improvement and growth from the inside out. These secrets provide logical steps to channeling the collective genius that exists within your school. Participants will contemplate Fullan's principles of change to form a leadership theory of action that may be used to guide, inspire, energize and ignite growth in schools.
