Do you struggle with how to assist families of students who need additional supports?Have you ever wondered how your school or division could better partner with community agencies?In this session we will explore how leadership through a “systems of care” approach can provide resources to the most at-risk learners as we equip them to become college, career, and life-ready.Through exploring one division’s model for making connections among families and community agencies, participants will leave with ideas to strengthen their own partnerships and problem-solving models for their highest-needs learners.
