The building, which will be located at the south end of Busch Field, will feature a locker room for the Tribe field hockey team, public restrooms, laundry and training room facilities and a rooftop patio overlooking the game field. The facility will also provide an enhanced experience for the W&M lacrosse team, which often practices on Busch Field, and for student participants in Intramurals and Rec Sports teams.

The building's groundbreaking coincides with the 100th anniversary of women enrolling at William & Mary.
