Alumnae Engagement
Founded in 2015, the Office of Alumnae Initiatives' mission is to bolster the engagement of W&M women across the globe in a meaningful way. We are tasked with inspiring, encouraging, and empowering alumnae to give impactful time, talent and treasure in support of faculty and students of William & Mary.

Molly Shilo (she/her) is a PhD candidate at William & Mary in the American Studies program who will be graduating this year. Her scholarly interests include feminist and queer theories, critical race studies, and theories of the body.

Investing in Women Grant Initiative
The Society of 1918 wishes to provide grant funding to individuals and organizations affiliated with William & Mary for projects in alignment with the parameters of the Alumnae Initiatives Endowment.
