Bruce Bueno de Mesquita, Professor of Political Science at NYU, will lecture and take questions on his new book entitled, "The Dictator's Handbook: Why Bad Behavior is Almost Always Good Politics."

The first spring Policy Dialogue is on February 10th. The theme is "The Executive/Agency Side of Policy" and we will have three speakers.
