"Dealing with Difficult Topics," facilitated by the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities and hosted by the Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity.

This training course will consist of 5 two-hour sessions starting on March 30 from 3-5pm. Mental Health First Aid training teaches the skills necessary to help a classmate or colleague going through a crisis and to recognize signs of distress.

This workshop will help you consider your use of technology and social media as you prepare for graduate school, internships and careers.
