Join W&M faculty to discuss the academic expectations of the university. A faculty panel follows to discuss classroom dynamics & exciting possibilities for undergraduates with regard to research, scholarship and collaboration.

Students will learn about the Authentic Excellence Initiative, designed to move individuals beyond the Plateau Effect and enhance productivity, fulfillment, and resilience. 

Learn the five principles of a "better argument" and hear from faculty, staff and administrators as they set in motion a framework for the year ahead.

Join members of the Dean of Students Office staff who are here to support & celebrate you during your W&M journey. You will learn about resources and meet many of the staff who are committed to your success.

All meals are provided to new students for the duration of orientation using the wristband issued during the check-in process.

This is an opportunity for new international students & families to enjoy light refreshments at the Reves Center, meet International Students, Scholars & Programs (ISSP) staff, and learn about available resources for international students at W&M.

The Muscarelle Museum of Art welcomes new students and families to William & Mary! As your university art museum, the Muscarelle serves as a catalyst for art exploration on campus and throughout the region.

Held in the Main Atrium of the Sadler Center, this is an opportunity for new students and families to visit with local business, non-profit groups, banks, and other service providers.
