Preston Orientation Schedule

All meals are provided to new students for the duration of orientation using the wristband issued during the check-in process.

New residential students (Class of 2025, Transfer,  Exchange, and JDP Host students) will move-in by appointment and check-in for New Student Orientation at the same time.

Community connections will take place throughout the day on the Crim Dell Meadow!

Looking to already expand your social circle beyond your residential community, then meet the Community Connections OAs in front of the Commons Dining Hall at 12 Noon for lunch.

Your Orientation Aides (OAs) and Resident Assistant (RA) will begin to gather your hall community just around dinner time to kick-off the start of New Student Orientation.

Consult your OA for specific meal time and location. All meals are provided to new students for the duration of orientation using the wristband issued during the check-in process.

Union Central is W&M's game center. You can rent pool equipment, board games, air hockey, foosball, or play games on the PS4, Xbox, and Wii. Show who’s really the best at Mario Kart from your dorm and, remember, it’s all free. Just bring your ID!
