    ETD Embargo Deadline for AUG 2018 graduates

    A signed License and Embargo Form must be turned into the OGSR no later than 4:00pm Friday, July 13, 2018 for all A&S Graduate Students who will graduate in AUG 2018.  Failure to complete this form by the required deadline will delay your graduation.

      Re-Enrollment & Medical Clearance Deadline
      Sunday, July 15

      Re-enrollment following a full medical withdrawal is contingent upon a medical clearance procedure.

        Thesis/Dissertation Defense Completion Deadline for AUG 2018 Graduation
        Friday, July 20

        Your defense must be scheduled and completed by this date before your final ETD submission.

          Final deadline for A&S graduate students to satisfy degree requirements for graduation in AUG 2018
          Friday, July 27

          Submit all last paperwork to the OGSR, if necessary, to satisfy degree requirements
            Fall 2018 Graduate A&S Registration for New Students
            Monday, July 30 - Tuesday, August 28

            Students must meet with their advisor or graduate director before registering.
