Join the W Society as we kick off our discussion series about service, community engagement, and compassion for others. We will be hearing from Max Blalock, Campus Minister for the Wesley Foundation.
Swami Arivananda, instructor and resident of Yogaville, presents to campus the art of maintaining our poise and peace while performing skillfully all that we do.
Doug Mercado, W&M '85 (Latin American Studies and History), is speaking about careers in humanitarian affairs. He currently works as a humanitarian adviser for the State Department and has experience working for USAID and United States Mission.
During this chaotic point in the semester the Counseling Center invites you to stop by for an informational session covering behavioral self-care, self-compassion, and ways to manage thinking that can all be a part of self-care.
