What are the important components to include on your research poster? What design principles should you keep in mind to make sure your content is accessible and interesting to your audience? These questions and many more will be addressed in our session.

How do you structure a 5-slide presentation? What are some good guidelines to keep in mind when presenting your research? 

At the Writing Resources Center, trained peer consultants offer individual assistance with writing, presentation, and other communication assignments across disciplines and at any stage, from generating ideas to polishing a final product. 

Meredith Maran will be giving a talk about her book, The New Old Me, as part of W&M Women's Weekend celebration. The William & Mary Bookstore will be selling copies at the Alumni House September 16.

The CGA is hosting Keith VanGraafeiland as part of our fall speaker series! Keith is a product engineer with Esri and serves as the ocean curator for the Living Atlas of the World. He will discuss his work, including several oceanographic GIS projects.

On Friday, Sept. 23 from 3-5 p.m. come by Swem Library for a  guided tour and pick up some Swem swag!
