Enjoy a private William & Mary experience at alumni-owned Valley Road Vineyards! Beginning at 10:30 a.m., join General Manager Grayson Poats for a walking tour of Valley Road’s Afton vineyard. After the tour at 11:30 a.m., enjoy an expanded tasting of 11 wines while learning about the history of the Vineyard and state of winemaking in Virginia.


Cost is $25 per person. If partaking in the walking tour, sturdy shoes are recommended.


This event is generously hosted by three of Valley Road’s owners: Barbara Cole Joynes ’82, Jim Theobald ’74 and Mary Miley Theobald ’74, M.A. ’80.
