We will be discussing Sapiens: A Brief History of Mankind by Yuval Noah Harari - a #1 international bestseller. A groundbreaking narrative of humanity?s creation and evolution that explores the ways in which biology and history have defined us and enhanced our understanding of what it means to be ?human.? Harari's premise is that Homo sapiens rules the world because it is the only animal that can believe in things that exist purely in its own imagination, such as gods, states, money and human rights.
