The W&M Richmond Alumni Book Club goes to the movies!

Watch “The Princess Bride” at the Byrd Theatre and discuss the book and/or screenplay by William Goldman (or the original book by S. Morgenstern if you can find it!) at a Carytown restaurant afterwards. Read the screenplay here. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the movie starts at 1:30 p.m. Book club should start around 3:45 p.m. This book club is combined with the Richmond Alumni Family Fun Event.

Tickets are $2. Please register online and pay in advance for ALL members of your party – we can accept additional last minute guests at the door of the theatre with cash only payments.

Save the date for future book club meetings! August 24th and September 28th. Books and locations TBD.
