Join Amy Steindler '80, certified professional coach and emotional intelligence trainer, and Dorian Baroni '81, executive coach and founder of Dorian Baroni LLC, in a guided exploration of how the past year of national and global upheavals have been impacting your inner landscape. Leading you to expand or to contract? Growing resilience or self-sabotaging? Holding steady or navigating turbulent ups and downs?

You will leave with clarifying questions for an everyday practice, and will receive a follow up resource list for your own further exploration of how leaders develop self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management as the foundational skills of emotional intelligence.
