In the not-too-distant future, when an economic collapse has divided our world into the super-rich and the destitute, 13-year old twins Vick and Tara spend their days salvaging electronics that they use to build robotic Watchdogs. Unfortunately, their skills have attracted the attentions of a nefarious Chicago crime boss.
