If you have considered a career in accounting, you have likely thought of becoming a certified public account (CPA). Join this session to expand your knowledge about the path to becoming a CPA and the exam required for licensure. You will learn from industry professionals about the process of obtaining a CPA license and expectations for continuing education.  

As a result of this session, students will be able to:   

    Identify the key benefits of obtaining a certified public accountant license.  

    Recognize the requirements for being eligible to take the certified public account exam.  

    Gain exposure to the different career opportunities available to those with a CPA credential.
