Danielle Bradbery, a country singer and the season four winner of NBC's "The Voice",? will perform at the Lake Matoaka Amphitheatre in Williamsburg on July 4. Recent "Voice"? contestant and Hampton Roads resident Bria Kelly will also perform.
Gates open at 5 p.m., and the concert will begin at 6:30. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster. Special discounts are available for military families, and people who buy three tickets may receive one free.
A native of Texas, Bradbery was only 17 when she competed on season four of "The Voice."? Several of the songs that she sang on the show climbed to the top of the iTunes charts, and she ended up becoming the show's youngest winner. Bradbery released her first, self-titled album in 2013, featuring the song "Heart of Dixie."
A native of Smithfield, Virginia, Kelly began singing the national anthem at local sporting events at a young age. She went on to become a semi-finalist on NBC's "America's Got Talent"? in 2012 before competing on season six of "The Voice"? in 2014, where she made it to the top 10.
The event is being held at Lake Matoaka Amphitheater on the campus of William & Mary It is being produced by Whisper Concerts as part of its Military Concert Series, hosted by the USO of Hampton Roads-Central Virginia and presented by Ram. The series also includes concerts at other locations by country artists Chris Young and Lee Brice.
