The Black Student Organization is excited to announce our Black History Month Essay Scholarship Contest! Submit a 500-word essay in response to the prompt below. The winner receives a $250 scholarship prize. The runner-up receives a $50 scholarship prize. ?What are issues that students of color face when going to a predominantly white institution? How would an African American figure, of your choice, handle/solve these specific issue?? Entries are due by February 23rd, 2018.
