New Employee Orientation

As the second oldest university in the nation, William & Mary has cultivated a rich, communal environment that we are excited to have you join!

At your New Employee Orientation, you’ll hear from a variety of speakers who will inform you of the many benefits, resources and opportunities available to you as a William & Mary employee. You’ll learn the rich and unique history of William & Mary and be given an overview of our future – i.e., the students who are currently studying on our campus.

Please notice that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its ongoing impact on our campus we have replaced the new employee onboarding process with a virtual experience (via Zoom) that replaces the on-campus orientations until further notice.

RSVPs for New Employee Orientation can be made by contacting AskHR@wm.edu or calling (757) 221-3169. The Zoom link, meeting ID/Passcode and agenda will be included in the email invitation sent out a week before each orientation session.
