During Open Enrollment each year, you may make health plan changes or enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Submit your actions using Cardinal HCM starting May 2. No action is required if you have no health plan-related changes, are not enrolling in an FSA, or do not plan to participate in Premium Rewards.
