Please join us for a free lunch with Amanda Cassidy, on Wednesday, October 24 from 12:00 -1:00 p.m in 322 Tyler. This is a great opportunity to meet with a William & Mary MPP alum (class of ?98), who has used her masters? degree to shape her policy career.

Amanda will speak about her current work as a Health Policy Advisor at Arnold & Porter, where she focuses on, among other things, regulatory and legislative issues related to Medicare coverage, coding, and reimbursement. She will also discuss her previous work in both the public sector at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the private sector at the social science research firm Mathematica Policy Research (MPR). In addition, Amanda will talk about her decision to establish her own health policy consulting practice, and she will reflect on her MPP experiences that were most beneficial in shaping her policy career and provide job seeking advice for new MPPs.
