1st Annual Colonial Warrior Challenge
A series of (5) fun stations that will consist of military-oriented physical exercises that will be conducted for a total of 3 minutes each!
? Station 0: Warm-Up
? Station 1: Burpee Blowout
? Station 2: Water Jug Cone Competition
? Station 3: Core Mania
? Station 4: Buddy Drag and Litter
? Station 5: Squat Burnout
Two people from the Student Veterans group will be at each station providing instruction on the above exercises and counting the amount/time of completion for an end prize for the fastest/best group.
Tug-of-War between students, ROTC, and Student Veterans
T-shirts and 550 Cord Bracelets will be sold at the event!
Proceeds will go to a nonprofit organization called The Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Foundation. They work with Coast Guard Commands to assist families facing the tragic death or injury of the service member or an immediate family member. Through the Emergency Assistance Fund (EAF), the Foundation provides immediate financial support to help fund travel costs, lodging, living expenses, funeral arrangements, and other items that are frequently not eligible through traditional government funded support services.
SVW&M will be providing two EMTs and water.
