Callista and Newt Gingrich will make a stop at The William & Mary Bookstore (Merchants Square, 345 Duke of Gloucester Street, Williamsburg VA 23185) on Saturday, December 1st, 2012 as part of their 'American Legacy Book Tour' promoting their latest books-- Mrs. Gingrich's Land of the Pilgrim's Pride, an illustrated children's book and Mr. Gingrich's Victory at Yorktown: a Novel, as well as a selection of their earlier works.
Callista Gingrich is the President of Gingrich Productions, which produces political & historical documentaries. She is the author of two children's books, Land of the Pilgrims' Pride and Sweet Land of Liberty, both featuring the exploits of Ellis the Elephant as he learns about each of the thirteen original colonies. In addition, her photography has appeared in Ronald Reagan: Rendezvous with Destiny and Rediscovering God in America, both co-authored by her husband, Newt Gingrich.
In addition to his many years of public service, Mr. Gingrich has made a name for himself as a writer of historical fiction. Victory at Yorktown is his latest book, and the third in his 'Revolutionary War Series.'
