Sigma Chi is proud to announce William & Mary's very first Country Concert as a part of Derby Days. 100% of profits from the concert will be donated to Children's Miracle Network.
"As one of country music's hottest up-and-coming artists, Andy Velo is winning over crowds with rollicking live performances that never fail to get concertgoers on their feet. Andy has played alongside artists such as Trace Adkins and Toby Keith, and in 2009 he played alongside Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, and Jimmy Wayne on Paisley's American Saturday Night Tour; later that year he scored a sponsorship deal with bourbon whiskey giant Jim Beam. In 2010 he signed a deal with Worn Soul Entertainment and released his first radio single "Hank It Up". Velo is now on a nationwide tour for his Blue Collar Cruise EP."
The concert will be held at Lake Matoaka Amphitheater on Friday, April 3rd and is open to THE ENTIRE CAMPUS. Tickets are only $5 and can be purchased from the Sigma Chi tables at Sadler from March 31st to April 3rd, or at the door.
