Women's Network

Location

We invite William & Mary women faculty and staff to join us on Friday March 5th at noon for an open chat with Dean Maria Donoghue Velleca, our new Dean of Arts and Sciences, to talk about what it was like to join our community in the midst of the ongoing pandemic and continued racial trauma. Within her short time on campus Dean Velleca has made meaningful efforts to meet with, and listen to, a range of staff, faculty, and student groups to learn about community needs, perspectives, and goals that she can address and support; she looks forward to talking to our network about her experiences joining our community, what it has been like to lead during times of strain, and the challenges women in our community navigate right now. We welcome questions from this group ahead of time or during the chat! .
