Achieving diversity on campus does not necessarily mean that all employees will feel included and valued. This interactive workshop will identify tangible strategies for faculty and staff to cultivate a sense of belonging that contributes to higher satisfaction and increased likelihood to stay at an institution. Particular focus will be placed on the experiences of underrepresented racial and ethnic minorities in higher education in the United States.
