This training course will consist of 5 two-hour sessions starting on March 30 from 3-5pm. Mental Health First Aid training teaches the skills necessary to help a classmate or colleague going through a crisis and to recognize signs of distress.

W&M Bike Alliance Welcomes Jennifer Billstrom: Creator of Cycle to Farm Jennifer is a female entrepreneur that started Cycle to Farm, a popular series of organized group rides that promote local, sustainable food and agritourism in the south.

Taught by local Chef Ed McMahon, the WMCI Chinese Cooking classes are an excellent way to experience Chinese culture. The class will teach students how to prepare various authentic Chinese foods.

William & Mary Confucius Institute presents a course on China's World heritage Sites. Students will explore cultural, historical and geographic elements of China using photos and research. Government will also be discussed.

The William & Mary Confucius Institute presents a class on the ancient Chinese instrument--Pipa, which is similar to a gourd flute. All skill levels welcome!
