The Global Middle East: Tyler Lecture Series

keynote address is from 5-6:30pm on April 3, followed by a performance by the Middle East Music Ensemble. The three panels on April 4 are scheduled from 9:30am to 6:30pm. The final panel is in honor of our late colleague, Abdul-Karim Rafeq.
Barr Prize in Public Speaking Competition

Sadler Center, Commonwealth Auditorium
The competition will feature Barr Fellows, outstanding Arts & Sciences Honors seniors, who will have just five minutes to effectively explain their research and its importance to a general audience.
