      Residential New Student Orientation Hall Check-in (Alongside Residence Hall Check-In)

      Kaplan Parking Lot via Compton Drive (off Monticello Ave)
      Pick up your Orientation supplies and meet your Orientation Aide (OA). Learn whether any holds exist on your student account and, if so, how to remedy the situation.
        Residential New Student Residence Hall Check-in & Move-In BY APPOINTMENT

        Kaplan Parking Lot via Compton Drive (off Monticello Ave)
        Students should enter the Check-In Line via Compton Drive at their designated move-in time with their unique QR code. Individuals who arrive early will be diverted from the check-in process and asked to wait their turn.

                Visit the Tribe Card Services Office for any needs surrounding your Tribe Card. New students who did not receive their Tribe Card during Residence Life or Orientation Check In should plan to visit the Tribe Card Services Office during open hours.

                      This is an opportunity for new international students & families to enjoy light refreshments at the Reves Center, meet International Students, Scholars & Programs (ISSP) staff, and learn about available resources for international students at W&M.

                            International Students are welcome and encouraged to stop by the Sadler Center to meet International Students, Scholars & Programs (ISSP) Staff! ISSP will be available to answer questions and provide resources. 

                              International Students: Opening a Bank Account

                              International Students are welcome and encouraged to stop by the Sadler Center while local banks are on-site to help student open bank accounts. 

                                International Students: Purchase Pre-Paid SIM Cards

                                International Students are welcome and encouraged to stop by the Sadler Center to purchase pre-paid SIM cards for T-Mobile phones. T-Mobile representatives will be on site for support and questions.

                                    New Off-Campus Class of 2026 Student Orientation Check-In

                                    Class of 2026 new students who have received an exemption to reside off-campus should plan to check-in for New Student Orientation at the Sadler Center, Commonwealth Auditorium.
