Title: Simplex solid and spin liquid phases in two dimensional frustrated kagome antiferromagnets

The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on Tuesday, Nov. 1st from 1:00PM-7:00PM in Trinkle Hall. 

This film combines Eastern European storybook animation with documentary and fiction elements to recount the Slavic fable of the Witch Baba Yaga, a frightful character living in a woodland hut perched on chicken legs.  

The Honorable Molly Ward, Secretary of Natural Resources for the Commonwealth of Virginia, will be speaking about the future environmental challenges facing the Commonwealth, including sea level rise, the Clean Power Plan and the Chesapeake Bay TDML.

Interdisciplinary Lecture & Dance starting at 7:00pm.
