Undergraduate Academic Calendar
Academic calendars, registration dates, exam schedules and grading deadlines are maintained by the Office of the University Registrar. Calendars are created by a faculty committee under the direction of the Office of the Provost and are subject to change in the event of major disruptions to W&M's normal operations on the Williamsburg campus or the Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) campus in Gloucester Point.

Reading period
Grades are due at 9 a.m. on May 15, 2020 for all graduating students.
We will confer degrees virtually on May 16 and mail diplomas to each graduate.
The Commencement Ceremony is deferred.
Last day to apply as a Non-Degree Seeking student for W&M Summer Sessions.
