Undergraduate Academic Calendar
Academic calendars, registration dates, exam schedules and grading deadlines are maintained by the Office of the University Registrar. Calendars are created by a faculty committee under the direction of the Office of the Provost and are subject to change in the event of major disruptions to W&M's normal operations on the Williamsburg campus or the Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) campus in Gloucester Point.

Spring schedule adjustment period ends
Last day to accept Non-Degree Seeking Student applications
Online graduation application opens for 2024.
For January 2024 graduates, it closes on September 1.
For May or August 2024 graduates, it closes on January 15, 2024.
Winter degree conferral. No ceremony.
