Reves Faculty Fellow Government Professor Dan Maliniak and some of his student researchers discuss their recent work on veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts in the U.S. and Republic of Georgia.

This panel will focus on the difficulties of girls' accessing education in Afghanistan and the implications for Afghan students and scholars. It will include refugee scholars and the former president of the American University of Afghanistan.
