Donald B. Verrilli, Jr., former U.S. Solicitor General from 2011 to 2016, will present William & Mary's Constitution Day Lecture. His lecture is titled "The Supreme Court and the Solicitor General in Polarized Times."
The Institute of Bill of Rights Law will host the 2017 Supreme Court Preview on September 15-16, 2017 at the William & Mary Law School.
The Charles H. Koch, Jr., Forum on Administrative Law will feature as its first event a panel on "Administrative Agencies under the Trump Administration." Panelists: Allison Orr Larsen, David E. Lewis, and Paul R. Verkuil. Moderated by Professor Larsen.
Professor Jamal Greene, the Dwight Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, will present the Law School's 2017 Cutler Lecture. It is titled "Can the Constitution Save Us?" Admission is free and the public is welcome. Reception with speaker afterward.
