        Participants will engage in exercises that foster mutual support, creative synergy, and expressive exploration while addressing the unique strengths and challenges specific to performers with neurodivergent conditions.

        Participants will learn best practices for fostering emotionally and cognitively inclusive environments, rehearsal practicalities and pitfalls when directing a neurodiverse cast, and strategies for communicating clear and actionable feedback.
