Ann Mei Chang is the Executive Director of the U.S. Global Development Lab at USAID. The Lab is the newest bureau at USAID and aims to transform global development through science, technology, innovation, and partnerships.

The Luce Scholars Program is a nationally competitive fellowship program that provides stipends, language training, and individualized professional placement in Asia for 15-18 Scholars / year who have had limited prior exposure to Asia.
