The Schroeder Center for Health Policy is currently accepting applications for its annual summer fellowship program focused on health policy and health services research. Applications are due Thursday, March 15, 2018 at noon (12:00 p.m.).
Since WWII, the U.S. has relied on training and equipping foreign militaries to stabilize fragile states. Dr. Mara Karlin, a scholar-policymaker, examines when, why, and under what circumstances the United States can be more successful in doing so.
