Chitralekha Zutshi, Class of 1962 Professor of History, will read excerpts from and discuss her new book, Sheikh Abdullah: The Caged Lion of Kashmir, a biography of the controversial Kashmiri leader, recently published by HarperCollins India.

Computational social scientist Sam Bestvater will provide an overview of the  Pew Research Center Data Labs team's methodological toolkit as well as current research on social media usage, podcast content & guests, & attitudes toward EV adoption.

Alissa Johannsen Rubin, Senior International Correspondent for the New York Times, covering climate and conflict issues in the Middle East, will deliver the George Tayloe Ross Address on International Peace at the symposium on climate and conflict.

In this one-day symposium at the Law School, speakers will explore the urgency of the interrelationships between climate and conflict and potential avenues (legal, political, scientific, diplomatic) to address this growing threat. 

Dr. Alex Dehgan, Snow leopard and Afghanistan conservation specialist, conservation innovator and mobilizer, co-founder and CEO of Conservation X Labs gives an IIC Conservation Speaker Series  talk: "Preventing the Next Pandemic through Planetary Health"
