      The Stigma of Giftedness and Anti-intellectualism

      In this workshop, Dr. Tracy Cross and Dr. Jennifer Cross will focus on how the stigma of being gifted and pursuing intellectual goals can exist in certain cultures and will provide strategies for dealing with overcoming this problem.

          Big Brothers/Big Sisters Bowl for Kids' Sake

          AMF Bowling Lanes in Williamsburg, 5544 Olde Town Road, Williamsburg VA
          On Saturday, February 23, from 10am-5:15pm, Big Brothers/Big Sisters will hold a "Bowl A Thon" at the AMF Bowling Lanes in Williamsburg (5544 Olde Town Road) to benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Greater Peninsula Virginia.
            Workshop on Research Ethics

            Prof. Charity Hudley will discuss how to best prepare your human subject forms for summer research and will explain why ethics is such a critical aspect of the research process.
