Centering social justice lies at the heart of many folks’ work. And it requires enormous energy, heart, and hard work. As we continue to navigate exhaustion, uncertainty, and an ever-changing pace of life, our ability to be present for ourselves and tend to our personal health and wellness is more important than ever. Tamisha Williams, M.Ed. ‘10 will lead a conversation, especially for those in helping professions, about ways to build your capacity for the essential work that lies ahead.
