The Patrick Hayes Series presents Asako Serizawa, in conversation Oct. 27th @ 7 pm.


Asako Serizawa’s debut book Inheritors has been hailed as “tremendous, intimate, startling and essential” by Rivka Galchen, and “stunning and visceral” by NPR’s Morning Edition. Her work has won two O. Henry Prizes, a Pushcart, and a Rona Jaffe Writer’s Award. Born in Japan, she grew up in Singapore, Jakarta, and Tokyo, and currently lives in Boston.
