In 2014 Joel Dinerstein of Tulane University's American Studies Program curated the American Cool exhibit that asked what it means to be cool. It explored the concept by producing a collection of iconic Americans that embodied coolness. On October 15 Professor Dinerstein will be at William & Mary posing another question: is cool dead?
