[PAST EVENT] Parent and Family Council Networking Day
April 15, 2016
3pm - 6pm
The Parent and Family Council Networking Day is a comprehensive collection events to help students of all years and majors become career ready. There are three distinct events within the Networking Day and students are invited to attend as many as they want: mock interviews & resume reviews, panels with industry leaders, and a networking hour. Each event is divided by industry, giving students maximum flexibility for what they want to learn.
Mock interviews will be held 3-4 at the Cohen Career Center. Students can choose from Medical School, Law School, Education/Counseling, Technology, Finance, Consulting, and General mock interviews. Sign ups can be found under the "Mock Interviews" tab on the home page of TribeCareers.
The panels will run from 4 pm to 5 pm in the Sadler Center. Three topics will be presented: Healthcare (York Room), Government (Colony Room), and Executive (James Room). Bios and information on the speakers can be found in the workshops section of TribeCareers.
Lastly, the networking reception will be held 5-6 pm in the Cohen Career Center presentation room and outside patio. Many industries will be represented and the list of these industries can also be found in the workshops section of TribeCareers.
