Jon Rogers '02 is the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning for the Indiana Office of Technology – the state’s enterprise provider of IT services and resources. Since graduating William & Mary (BA, Government), Jon has served in a number of roles at the local, state, and federal levels, including 10+ years split between the United States Senate and Central Intelligence Agency. Jon has served in three deputy-chief-executive positions for the State of Indiana, and his current role affords him the privilege of augmenting an agency’s mission through his passion for hiring, recruiting, and developing public-service talent. Jon enjoys finding solutions through coaching and mentoring, and he was twice nominated for the Director/Central Intelligence Agency Mentor of the Year award.
