The A&S communications team will be hosting a Cascade support session on Tuesday, December 3, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Jones Hall, Room 203.
Led by a group of Ecotherapy students, this workshop combines animal-assisted therapy with journaling to provide a guided mindfulness exercise. The time slot will be broken into 2 50-minute sessions. No cost to attend and journaling supplies are provided.

Students will learn how to create watercolor monotypes inspired by nature.
This class is designed for those who have a good understanding of yoga poses and the relationship between breath and movement. Vinyasa flow focuses on linking traditional postures to the breath to build internal heat.
