The U.S. finals winner will compete against over 25 countries at the International Finals in Madrid, Spain.
As one of 30 U.S. universities selected, the competition begins on campus where students form teams of four and spend up to 48 hours analyzing a challenging business case. The students then present their recommendations to a panel of KPMG judges who determine the winning team to represent your university at one of five U.S. Regional Competition events, held in Chicago, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Dallas or Miami.
As the competition progresses, the format changes, and teams have only three hours to analyze a case and present their unique solutions. Winners of the U.S. Regional Competitions will then compete in New York City in the U.S. National Competition on February 21-23 for the ultimate prize, an all-expenses-paid trip to Madrid, Spain. The U.S. Champions will head to Madrid to compete in the International Competition in April 2013.
Team Rules:
Teams must have 4 members (no more and no less).
All participants must be intended or declared business majors, with at least 1 intended or declared accounting major (2 accounting majors are recommended).
Minimum GPA to compete: 2.75
Event Schedule:
