What is Inclusive Excellence? The university adopted the Inclusive Excellence framework in Spring 2021. This framework aligns DEI initiatives with the mission statement and forges it to be an imperative and allows the university to track and assess our progress to ensure that we are accountable for the work—what gets measured, gets done. This interactive workshop will explain the 5 dimensions of IE and socialize the concept further because everyone has a role to play in moving the needle, so come find out what you can do to be an active agent of change! Led by Chon Glover.
